January 23, Saturday Winterfest
Stop by the brewery for a Bonfire & Marshmallow Roast at 2:30pm! A day of fun winter events both outdoor and indoor all over Amana.

February 20, Saturday 3 - 6 pm Beer & Cheese Tasting
This unique event is a one of a kind here at Millstream Brewery.
Specialty one of a kind batches of beer are being brewed to pair up with some unique and rare cheeses.
All patrons will receive a commemorative glass to sample the various beers with then take home.
The various beers are still being determined and will be released at a later date.
The brewers have been having a lot of fun this winter putting these special brews together just for you at this tasting.
Live music, beer and cheese - it doesn't get any better than this!
$30 per person tickets are available through Millstream Brewery now.
Tickets will not be available at the door the day of the event.

Clear Creek Amana High School Jazz Band
Come listen to the local High School Jazz Band as they play after the parade. Enjoy Amana brats on the grill while you listen.

June 5, Sat 4pm - 8pm The Blues
BrewBBQ & Blues
Our annual BBQ and Blues Event will be held today! L&J Kitchen will be serving up their fantastic BBQ. Charlie Morgan and the Bone Crushers will be playing the Blues out in the Millstream Biergarten. Of course there will be plenty of beer flowing to keep the event going too!
July 17, Sat 10:30am-6pm Bicycle Ride
Tour De Brew
Join us for our 10th annual bike ride at Millstream Brewery. This is definitely a "tour of de brews" and a great warm up ride for RAGBRAI! The event is a poker run with stops to pick up your poker cards. Of course there is a great microbrewed beer waiting for you at each stop. Root beer too! At the end of the ride the best poker hands will receive door prizes. Live music will be playing from 2-6pm in the biergarten. This years ride will start and end at Millstream Brewery. Register day of event at Millstream.

Millstream Brew-aua Beach Party
Our first ever beach party! Right here at Millstream! No beach you say, no problem we say. Bring your favorite beach chair, towel and beach attire. We'll provide the water (not the Millrace), sand, beach balls, beach games, beach food off the grill and live beach music. Should be fun, come join us for the festivities.

Back by popular demand, we are going to have Charlie Morgan and the Bone Crushers back to play The Blues at Millstream. Of course L&J BBQ and Beer are part of the fun in our outdoor biergarten.

Great Taste of the Midwest Bus trip
Plan to make your reservations around April for the Great Taste of the Midwest Bus Trip. Millstream Brewing will make all the arrangements to get you up to the festival, into the festival and back home safe and sound. Of course we'll provide the beer for the ride up and the approx. 100 breweries will provide over 400 beers once you get there!
No emails will be sent out this year as a reminder so if you want your spot on the bus contact Millstream April 1st.

6th Annual Festival of Iowa Beers
Tickets go on sale July 1st
Last year we had 11 Iowa craft breweries participating, 9 Iowa home brew clubs, cooking with beer demonstration and 1050 people that enjoyed it all. We hope to have an even better fifth year. Come down to the brewery and taste the best beers that Iowa has to offer and meet the brewers who make these great brews as they serve you. Live music, local food will also be part of the event! Proceeds go the the Juvenile Arthritis Foundation and Iowa Brewers Guild.
This year again we will be limiting attendance to 1200 people this year. Tickets will not be available for sale the day of the event this year (unless we have not sold out so don't take any chances). Tickets will be available for sale in advance only. There will be two ways to obtain tickets, mail order or advance in person at Millstream Brewery.
Ticket price for the Iowa Beer Festival is $15.00 per person.
Starting July 1, 2009 you can purchase tickets at Millstream Brewing Company in Amana, IA. If you wish to order your tickets through the mail please send a SASE and a check or money order for the correct amount (payable to Millstream Brewery) to:

Ticket orders must:
o Be postmarked on July 1st. Orders sent with postmarks earlier than July 1st will be returned to you unfulfilled.
o Include a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE).
o Include a check or money order for the correct amount, payable to Millstream Brewing Co.
If your order is not able to be filled, your uncashed check or money order will be returned to you in the SASE that you sent with your order.
October 1, Friday 2:00 Oktoberfest
Tapping of the Oktoberfest beer keg
Join us as we "Roll out the Barrel" at 1:45 at Millstream Brewery and follow the 1st Oktoberfest keg by wagon to the Festhalle. Then at 2:00 at the Amana Festhalle the Burgmeister will tap the first Oktoberfest beer keg to kick off the Oktoberfest weekend celebration!

Dogs on Skiis
We are going to kick off Oktoberfest with these Cedar Rapids rockers www.dogsonskis.com in our outdoor biergarten. Brats will be hot off the grill and the Oktoberfest beer will be flowing.
