Not so slow!
Well I just had a speedy stout runoff of three and half hours.. that must be a record!
Of course, yesterday I had a very slow Schild Brau runoff, because I overtightened the grain bed, so I guess i’m even.
Here are some pictures of Chris’s Clams. He seemed very worried about them. I reassured them that they have been around for a long time and would be ok (though I bet the river otters already ate them for lunch).
I find the restoration of this power plant really exciting. I hope we can find out how much power it produces, and maybe make some sort of deal with the power company. I would love to be a hydro-electrically powered brewery… a renewable resource!
